A Stratford landmark is beginning a new chapter.

For over a quarter century, Bijou has been part of Stratford’s dining story. Today, we are proud to unveil an exciting new logo, a new home, and a renewed vision as we begin the next chapter as Bijou at the Church.

Located within one of Stratford’s most beautiful historic spaces, Bijou at the Church will offer inspired dining, special events, and memorable gatherings while continuing the hospitality, quality, and sense of occasion that guests have come to know and appreciate over the years.

This video marks the exciting debut of our new logo, a symbol of where we’ve been, where we are today, and where we’re headed next.

A new chapter begins in Stratford.

Historic Stratford Landmark Acquired, “Bijou at the Church” Launches ✨

After 27 years of welcoming guests, Bijou Restaurant is honoured to begin its next chapter in one of Stratford’s most iconic architectural landmarks.

Bijou will move to the historic church property at 70 Brunswick Street — most recently home to Revival House — where a thoughtful aesthetic, hospitality, and culinary revitalization is now underway under a new name:

This new identity intentionally honours two deeply respected names in Stratford’s hospitality history — the beloved Bijou Restaurant, serving guests for the past 27 years, and the legendary Church Restaurant, remembered as one of the city’s most iconic dining destinations.

Together, this next chapter seeks to preserve the remarkable heritage of this beautiful space while introducing a refreshed vision for:
