Pop-up Announcement!

Ricky+Olivia will be taking over the space at 64 Wellington street and popping up from March 18-April 30. They will be open Thursday-Monday 5pm-10pm.

Starting with one-off pop-ups at Chez Nous Wine Bar in Toronto, their pop-up following has grown quickly into a full-time business. They have collaborated with some amazing local businesses and have even hosted The World’s 50 Best during their exploration of Canada and Ontario.

They will be running their pop-up for a limited time only! Launching March 18th until April 30th! Playful and thoughtful, their dishes celebrate farm-to-table. They will be showcasing local Ontario producers and makers and featuring them throughout their menus.

Throughout April they will also be hosting weekly winemaker dinners and wine tasting events! Stay in the loop and check out their website and instagram for more details!

Oh how the time passes…

These beautiful people have been a part of life at The Rabbit for so long it feels like a lifetime.

This crew have been steadfast in their dedication to our core values. They have carried us through ups and downs, always showing up to take care of our guests and each other and for that I am eternally grateful.

This post is to confirm that The Red Rabbit will be closing on August 20th 2022. It will not reopen under the current ownership structure.

It has been a wonderful time, filled with passion and dedication to our craft.

I am at a loss for how to express my thanks to and for being the absolutely best crew I could ever ask to work with.

Wow!! 7 years has come and gone at our little restaurant. We opened the doors to the community on July 15th 2015.

Here is a snap of behind the bar during our opening renovation and again during our light facelift earlier this year.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you all these years.

We bid you farewell good sir, with the sweetest sorrow. Because we are ecstatic for you to start a new chapter working mornings! Even if it has to be for someone else.

You’ve been around so long it feels like you’ve always been here and though we will miss you, mostly for your good humour, but also for your immense cooking talent, we know that you can now come see us for dinner!

Thanks for absolutely everything you have done and for being a part of this crazy restaurant crew for so long!
