Hey Stratford!

After 25 incredible years, it’s time to say goodbye to the building that’s been home to Scoopers. We’re beyond grateful for all the love and support you’ve given us over the years.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a cone, made Scoopers part of your summer tradition, or even visited us from near and far. You helped make this place special, and we can’t thank you enough.

We also want to send a huge shout-out to all the amazing staff who’ve been part of the Scoopers family throughout the years.

We are estimating approximately TWO & A HALF WEEKS for the beginning of the 2022 strawberry season!! ☀️

The strawberry fields are full of blooms meaning the season is fast approaching, we are so excited to see everyone back at the berry patch for another great, fun filled summer.

The wait is over… our 20th season is right around the corner.

Your favourite family-owned scoop shop is open for the season this Friday, May 20th at 1:00pm.

Ice Cream Scoopers

Storefront Manager

If you’re an outgoing, self motivated and dedicated individual who can work independently, we are keen to have you join our scooping team.

Ice Cream Scooper Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and provide quality customer service.

- Preparing and serving menu items (including ice cream scoops, frozen yogurt, sundaes, milkshakes, smoothies, etc.)

- Maintaining a high standard of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.

- Handling cash/credit transactions efficiently and accurately.

- Making in-house waffle cones.

- Maintaining a clean working environment.

- Restocking inventory and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Store Front Manager will be responsible for the above duties, as well as the following:

- Recording inventory and placing orders on a regular basis.

- Assisting with staff scheduling.

- Training new staff members.

- Promptly and empathetically handling guest comments and concerns.
