We’re one night from Doughnut Saturday, which means the team has put two days of work into getting them ready for us to enjoy tomorrow

Chocolate & Banana: a house made banana pastry cream filled with our chocolate glaze
Caramel Pecan: we glaze the doughnut with house made caramel and then dunk it in freshly toasted pecans
Honey cinnamon: a beautifully proportioned honey cinnamon glaze that tastes like a perfect end of August treat

Our brown sugar & cinnamon syrup has quickly become a Revel favourite. We’re on our third batch of the latest house made syrup and it’s only been available since Tuesday!

The shop smells like grandma’s kitchen and the weather demands fresh baking and a hot drink

We have a test batch of two new syrups, brown sugar & cinnamon and a honey cardamom. Feel free to ask to try it out and give some feedback- they’re going full out by Thursday!

We have plans. Big plans. Our team has been preparing for Doughnut Saturday since yesterday- it’s always a three day process. We take our time by honouring the traditional way, producing a classic soft & chewy yeasted doughnut and then we incorporate flavours that we make from scratch at the shop.

Introducing our very own REVEL BOOK CLUB 📚☕️

Kaitlyn and Steph have chosen Theo of Golden as the first book.

When: Tuesday, September 29th will be our first gathering. Kaitlyn and Steph will be at revel at 6:30 if you would like to purchase a drink and/or snack. We will start book talk at 7pm. (Absolutely no pressure to eat or drink, just there if you would like)

How: Purchase your book and read it before September 29th. Fanfare Books has agreed to offer our club members 10% off the books should you wish to purchase them locally. Your choice!!!!!!

RSVP: If you want to tell us you’re in then we’d love to hear from you! If you don’t want to that’s ok too! You can simply just show up!

This was today and it was a real receipt.

Except it wasn’t. It was an awesome regular and our staff having a moment of hilarity together. The receipt now hangs on his wall at home and the LOL’s are abound in our team group chat.

Be good to one another. Share a laugh together. Our customers (and our team) are awesome.
