Dash Bistro dash bistro Dash Bistro was Stewart BC's own gourmet food truck. Chef Ackerman has moved on to other projects and Dash Bistro is now permanently closed.

Executive Chef Shawn Ackerman dished up freshly made, regionally inspired delectable dishes right out of a Grumman truck.
