Apology Letter
Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the recent oversight regarding the vinegar used in our sushi rice. Due to our previous vinegar brand becoming unavailable from our supplier, we switched to a new brand. Unfortunately, we did not carefully verify whether this new vinegar was gluten-free, and we understand that this may have caused concern or inconvenience, especially for customers with gluten sensitivity or specific dietary requirements.
We deeply regret this mistake. After reviewing the situation, we found that our communication regarding the gluten-free status of our sushi vinegar was not as accurate and thorough as it should have been. We take full responsibility for this lapse.
We have immediately re-evaluated the ingredients of all related products and reinforced our internal quality-control procedures. Moving forward, we will ensure that any information involving allergens, ingredients, and dietary restrictions is accurate, transparent, and communicated promptly. We welcome customers with open arms, and we would love to share related label information with our customers who have concerns about food restrictions. Additionally, we will strengthen staff training to avoid similar oversights.
