Just a perfect Detroit style sourdough cheese pizza 🍕

Deep brown crust, browned but not dry top is what we try to achieve for our Detroit style pizza. This involves sometimes juggling the pizza between two different ovens and keeping a hawk eye on it every second that passes by!

Local NL cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic reduction, flaky NL salt, fresh moz, low moisture mozzarella on sourdough crust ✴️

Chicago thin crust sourdough available all day!

These are 14" or "large" pizzas but are super thin. If you are all about that thin crust you have to give this a try. A cracker like sourdough base makes this pizza unique from everything else ✴️

The incredibly thin crust makes anything you top it with shine through much better!

We got Chicago thin crust Foragers Dream on the menu 🔥✴️🔥

Usually we never get to do this because local wild chanterelles are hard to come by and we use everything we have for our Detroit pizzas. But we are having a good season this year.

Don't wait though, we are lucky if we can keep them on the menu for another week 🍕
