You know you’re beloved when people dress up for Halloween as you. We’ve learned that part of our “management crew” has officially retired. Martin Kouprie’s last call was this past Friday. As sure as the sun rises our team could count on Martin, Billy and Layne to welcome customers. Young, old and new. They helped tourists with directions, vehicle problems, pointed to the bathroom and always had a menu suggestion. They were our biggest champions, the cheapest PR/Marketing/Security team around. What a treat it was to hear their stories and be able to banter with them on the daily. They truly made the Galileo Coffee endeavour worthwhile. And we are so happy we chose Britannia. Please raise a drip in their honour and don’t forget to pay it forward!
