Some people need a nap. Some people need a vacation. Some people need Greek coffee. Strong enough to get your attention but smooth enough to keep you coming back, Greek coffee has been the secret weapon of Yiayiás for generations. After all, nobody raised a family, ran a household and still had time to make sure everyone was fed, accounted for and slightly overfed without it.

Being Greek comes with a set of rules that were never written down, never discussed, and somehow everybody still knows them. You don't learn them from a book. You learn them from your yiayia, your family gatherings and years of being told you're hungry when you just finished eating. If these sound familiar, you're definitely part of the club.
