Alrighty, so the brisket on a bun seemed to be a hit so tomorrow for Father’s Day we’re back at it with another Sammy coming your way.

Our version of a FatBoy- our burger topped with chilli lettuce tomatoes pickles onion mayo ketchup mustard and cheese toasted on a brioche bun. Served with fries pasta salad and mango salsa on the side.

Also available half rack of ribs ( Greek/Hg/BBQ) with fries pasta salad and mango salsa on the side.

Regular menu available as well!

Available until it’s gone! Pulled brisket with root beer bbq sauce, mango salsa, pickles, mozza cheese, served with fries or pasta salad as shown below.

We’re calling it the souris smokehouse( because we wish we had a smoker to cook it in😂)

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are only offering take out until 5pm today, as we are unexpectedly short staff for the kitchen this evening. Due to the amount of reservations we have for dine in and the volume of takeout we normally have, it only makes sense. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms out there!just an update for today. We are completely booked for this evening and take out will be limited to PIZZA ONLY( I know I had stated otherwise in a previous post ) sorry for the confusion. Hope everyone enjoys what looks like a beautiful day outside.

Mother’s Day is soon upon us!

Here is our available menu for Sunday May 10th all 4 options include a stater caesar or Greek salad and strawberry dream cake with berry topping or black Forrest cake. All prices shown do not include tax. We are taking reservations for 5pm and 630pm sittings, reservations are not required but are recommended.

$40 old style Marsala style: two open faced hamburger patties smothered in Marsala gravy topped with fried onions and mushrooms served with vegetable and mash

$40 reg sized baked pasta: choose baked spaghetti or lasagna or mama’s masterpiece

$45 shrimp scampi: garlic shrimp serve with vegetable and mash

$55 7oz ny strip: cooked to your liking finishes with a touch of garlic butter serve with veg and mash

Due a a combination of a few factors beyond our control ( it is not worker related and is an isolated situation)we will be closed tomorrow Thursday April 16. We will be open normal hours the rest of the weekend normal hours, see you then!
