Get into the holiday spirit with our festive Christmas Baking Boxes, each packed with 20+ pieces of The Red Brick Cafe favourites.

Every box is unique, and the photos shown are examples. Each one is thoughtfully filled with seasonal, homemade treats that have been prepared in a kitchen that has been inspected by a heath inspector.

To all my amazing customers - whether you came by every day or popped in every once in a while, thank you for supporting us.

A special shout-out to my favorite regulars - the ones who showed up almost every day, shared your stories, laughter, and friendship. You’ve turned this place into so much more than a business; you’ve made it a community.

To my amazing staff - the wonderful faces in this photo and those who have since moved on, thank you for your hard work, your smiles, and the energy you brought every single day. None of this would have been possible without you.

And finally, to my family. Thank you for always being there when things got hectic, for rolling up your sleeves, and for helping whenever havoc struck. Your love and support mean the world to me.

This little coffee shop has been part of my life for 12 years. I am thankful for the opportunity, lessons learned and fun that has been created in this little cafe first started by Nancy Roy

Our coffee today is White Chocolate Mocha

For lunch we will be having Thai chicken wraps (freshly barbecued chicken, rice, red pepper, lettuce, cucumber and sweet Thai chili sauce in a tortilla)

For lunch we will be having italian wedding soup, apple pecan salads with a Dijon vinaigrette, and freshly made sandwiches.
