To our loyal customers:

As many of you are aware, Roy Lane will be closing down permanently August 31, 2022. We have decided that now is the time for us to relax and enjoy life in a different way.

We will forever appreciate the time those of you have taken over the years to slow down your busy lives and have a chat with a friend over coffee, or those who would simply come to read a book while drinking a House Blend and watch downtown Sioux Lookout pass out the window. Each and every person that has walked through the doors in the last 21 years has helped shape Roy Lane to be what it was.
We will hold close to our hearts the laughs, tears, and lifelong friendships that have been made in Roy Lane, and will carry the friendships made into our next chapter of our lives.

Although Roy Lane’s time has come to an end, The Red Brick Café will be opening September 1st in our place and will continue to serve the wonderful community of Sioux Lookout, where new memories, friendships and laughs can be made.

Cheers Sioux Lookout, thank you for a terrific 21 years.

Today for lunch we have a variety of sandwiches such as smoked salmon on Kaiser buns, egg salad, ham, turkey or beef.

For the soup of the day we have Tomato Basil Bisque.

Roy Lane will be under new ownership effective September 1st 2022.

For this reason, we are asking that all coffee cards, smoothie cards, and gift certificates be used on or before August 19, 2022 (this Friday). They will only be honoured until this date unless you notify us of any circumstances as to why you are unable.

Good morning!

Today we have rhubarb muffins freshly baked.

For lunch we have Thai chicken soup, egg salad or chicken salad on multi grain bread or ciabatta buns. We also made more pesto chicken pasta salad - the fridge is stocked for you today with so many options!

Happy Friday!!

Today for lunch we have our Thai Chicken wraps ready at the counter.
As well as quinoa salad in the fridge as another heathy grab and go option.

We also have fresh blueberry vanilla scones with a white chocolate drizzle, and pumpkin streusel muffins at the counter.

Cranberry Orange muffins are fresh at the counter.

Our blueberry feature today is a Bluebbery White Chocolate Scone - perfectly paired with a London Fog or a Vanilla Latte. 🫐

For lunch we have Chicken Noodle soup or a delicious Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad. For sandwiches we have ham, turkey, beef or chicken salad.

Our price increases have started today, we hope you understand. With the rising costs of shipping, food costs, staff wage increases etc, our prices need to increase in order to keep the business open, and to ensure we are able to continue to provide you with quality products and quality service.

Good morning!

Chicken Thai Wraps are freshly made and ready to go this morning. Save yourself time and get one on your way to work when you get your morning coffee - one stop! 

Today’s blueberry feature for the first day of Blueberry Festival is a lemon blueberry loaf. We have samples available to try.
Be sure to enter your name in the draw when you buy any product containing blueberries or blueberry flavour 🫐

We will be open briefly Monday (the civic holiday) from 9-12. Long enough to grab a coffee and something to snack on 🙂

For lunch today it is Thai Chicken soup, with a variety of sandwiches, or garden salads. We also have cabbage rolls available (first come, first served basis) we only made a small batch so you won’t want to miss out!
