Little family meeting - over the next month or so you’ll notice some changes to a handful of our garnishes. The little gadget we use to make those lovely ribbons of zest has been discontinued. We have one left, and no guarantees on how long it will hang on. So, in the coming weeks we will be testing out some ideas.
The affected cakes will remain the exact same recipe you’ve come to know and love, only that one component in the decorative garnish will be changed.
Photos show the current blueberry lime white chocolate cheesecake with and without the zest garnish. The cake itself is unchanged.
