Well good morning everyone and I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving. We were so lucky to spend an extra day with people we love watching them get hitched. But now we are back at it and we’ve definitely hit the ground running!

I’m happy to tell you we have brought back our turkey dinner grilled cheese sandwich as our feature this week. This beauty starts on grilled multigrain bread layered with turkey, Brie cheese, stuffing and cranberry mayo, to say this is amazing is very much an understatement. We are serving this with fresh cut fries and if you would like a side of turkey we are happy to oblige!
Coffee is hot, vegan donuts are fresh, pasta salads are being prepped, soups on, granola is being packaged, bread pudding is being created and the displays are FULL!

Good morning! Just a reminder we are open today for scheduled turkey dinner pick ups, no food is being served other than what we have on display. So if you’re looking for goodies, freezer meals and grab and go salads we have what you need!!!
Open until noon and then closed to celebrate Anthony and Renee’s nuptials on Tuesday reopening on Wednesday morning at 8am.

It’s the last day folks, and today is limited quantities. Don’t forget we are closed for the weekend and only open Saturday for scheduled pick ups.

Well hello fair week!!! As we have chosen to not be at the fair this week, we will continue our tradition of offering the Turkey Dinner Poutine that we launched at the Fair with huge positive reviews back in 2018. Everything you want in a thanksgiving dinner piled on fresh cut fries and drowned in turkey gravy…heaven! So for the next 5 days you can come in for dine in, or take out and fill you bellies before your afternoon nap.

There is one sure thing about the fair for me now that I have experienced it as a vendor, and now not being one. That sure thing is that I have the upmost respect for those that are there lugging and slugging for the last two and next 5 days. I was able to enjoy a casual walk around the grounds this evening with Bella, check out the buildings and all the food vendors, I chatted with many of my peers, and so many people I knew (annoyed Bella as we stopped every three feet to chat)
Dinner we zigzagged across the fairgrounds to get a little from many of our favourite spots. The BEST poutines from The Chip Ship, shawarma and gyro wraps from Beachside Bites, a corndog (not shown because it was consumed) from the Simcoe Lions Booth, a fancy corn dog and a bloomin’ onion (for the sick teenager)
And although we didn’t indulge don’t miss out on a stop at Candylicious for the best ice cream options!
We stopped at Nae by J for a visit and of course I stopped to visit Frank for my pepperettes.
Thank you for dinner made easy! And know I see you, I feel your tired selves and know you are all going to kick ass this week! Good luck!

Good morning everyone. Just a last minute reminder that today is the cut off for thanksgiving orders.

Good Sunday morning everyone! We had another incredibly busy week and I’m super thankful for just a small cater today so I can get some stuff done around home and behind the scenes…
One thing I’m super behind in posting, but we’ve been taking orders for all week, is our thanksgiving dinner. We’ve decided to offer a pick up option for the Friday and Saturday of thanksgiving weekend. We will only be open for pickups on the Saturday not regular business as we also have a wedding to cater. With that said, here is what we are offering this year to lessen your load. This is fully cooked but will be cold at pick up to reheat for whichever day you chooose. Please note the only change I’ve made this year in trying to keep the cost the same is I’ve removed the dessert from the dinner and added as an extra if you choose. Otherwise I haven’t changed my price in three years.

IMPORTANT…we need your orders in by Monday October the 5th to ensure we can get all the turkeys cooked.

Lastly, as many of you have once again been asking, and I do really appreciate the hope, no we are not at the fair this year. But YES, we will be offering our turkey dinner poutine for the whole week of fair. (Maybe longer)

Shooting this out into the universe again…

Well, hello everyone! Have you ever had the experience where you’re not sure if something actually happened or if maybe you dreamed it?!? Well I have something embarrassing to admit. I can’t get out of my brain that somebody reached out to me about a function on December 24, but I’m not sure that I didn’t dream it. Why? Well because I’ve been creating a post to remind everybody to start booking their Christmas stuff (because it’s gonna be here before we know it), and I’m not sure that my brain didn’t create something in my sleep. No one on my staff remembers anything about it and I can’t find an email, text message, Facebook or insta message 🤔
Sooooo, if you have reached out to me about a December 24th function, and I haven’t responded, could you do so again, otherwise it was likely just in my crazy head. (Am I that old!?!)

With that said…. It’s time to start thinking about your Christmas parties, functions, staff parties, office parties, family parties, school parties you name it. We need to get this booked now. If you could see my calendar already you’d understand why. We cater in your home, at the office, at your facilities and will gladly open in the evenings and on weekends to use our restaurant space.
