There’s a new face in the kitchen at The Breeze.

Since opening our doors, The Breeze has become a place for great food, good company and some pretty incredible views. Chef Jack Chen played an important role in shaping that experience from the very beginning, helping build the culinary foundation that The Breeze is known for today. As Jack moves on from The Breeze, we’re incredibly grateful for everything he brought to the restaurant and our community.

Building on that foundation, we’re thrilled to welcome Chef Matt Deacon-Evans as Executive Chef at The Breeze. Matt brings years of experience in kitchens across B.C., along with a love for great ingredients, thoughtful food and creating the kind of dining experience that brings people together.

He’s officially joined the team, and we can’t wait for you to get to know him and see what he brings to The Breeze.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to come by and experience Chef Matt’s first holiday weekend at The Breeze.
