Crisp at the edge. Soft in the middle. Cooked in front of your guests, one pan at a time.

We roll in with the station, the flames and the crew. You get hot hoppers handed over the counter - plain, egg, omelette, and toppings that go savoury or sweet.

Backyard, ballroom or boardroom. No kitchen needed.

We don’t cater weddings. We put on a show. 🔥

Another one in the books - Sundridge, cold night, open flame, a room that didn’t see it coming.

Congratulations Christina & Dilshan. 🥂

Came for the comedy. Stayed for the hoppers. Left with an experience they’d never had before🔥

A wedding lunch in a Toronto comedy club. A room that had never seen one made - watching us cook, one at a time, asking when the next batch was up.

Teaching a whole room what a hopper is? Best part of our day!

A quiet Sunday, a backyard full of new faces, and a dish most hadn’t tried before. We loved every minute of introducing hoppers to this gathering - the questions, the surprise, the second helpings. If you’ve never experienced a hopper made live, this is your sign. 🤍 Live station catering by Hoppaz - come taste the experience.
