Two years in, and somehow it still feels a little unreal.🐝
Buzz Bites would not be what it is today without St. Thomas and the incredible support this community has given us. Over the past year, the buzz around this little place has grown beyond anything we expected. We’ve met people who drove from hours away just to try our food, watched familiar faces keep coming back, and seen customers tell their friends, bring their families, leave reviews and share our name with people we’ve never even met.
That kind of support is something we never want to take for granted.
We listen to what you tell us, we learn from the things we get right and the things we don’t, and we keep pushing ourselves to make Buzz Bites better. New ideas, better systems, better food, better experiences. We never want to become comfortable just because things are going well.
And behind all of that is a team we’re incredibly lucky to have. They’ve been there through the crazy rushes, the sold-out days, the long shifts and all the growing pains that come with a little restaurant suddenly getting a whole lot busier. They care about this place, they care about the food going out, and they’re a huge part of what Buzz Bites has become. We couldn’t do this without them.
To everyone who has walked through our doors, ordered from us, waited during the crazy days, left a review, shared a post, recommended us to someone, or simply gave us a chance, thank you! You’ve helped turn an idea into something that means a lot to all of us.
