❤️ A little note from Bistro 56 ❤️
We’ve noticed a few comments about our use of AI in some of our Facebook posts and I thought I’d take a moment to share why we use it.
Running a small - town restaurant means wearing a whole lot of hats! From creating menus and coming up with new dishes to managing staff, ordering supplies, never ending trips to the grocery store, cooking, cleaning and everything in between. There are never enough hours in the day.
AI has become a helpful tool for us when it comes to advertising, designing menus and making our Facebook posts a little more eye-catching. It doesn’t cook your meals, create the love that goes into our food or replace the hardworking people behind Bistro 56. That’s all of us ❤️
We’re not a big corporation with a marketing department or have an advertising budget to match. We’re a small business doing our best to keep things fresh, creative and affordable.
We also understand that people want to see the real food we serve, and that’s important to us too. Our goal is to use technology to enhance how we share what we’re doing, not to mislead anyone.
At the end of the day it’s still our kitchen, our recipes, our staff and our passion behind what we do. AI might help us make a prettier Facebook post, but it certainly doesn’t make our food taste any better. That’s our job. ☺️Thank you to everyone who continues to support our little restaurant.
