The Early Bird Restaurant is a bright and casual breakfast and lunch eatery located in the Niagara Region, conveniently located by Brock University, Niagara College and the Pen Ce

ntre. With a large selection of egg dishes, there is surely something to please everyone. We are now offering gluten free bread and some healthier menu options such as our Early Bird Healthy Choice, oatmeal and fresh fruit.
