A beautiful spread for a baby shower celebration! 🐝🤍

We served an assortment of sandwiches: chicken salad, egg salad, Tuscan Garden, turkey & Brie, and Veggie Supreme. The table also featured quinoa salad, a crudité tray with spinach dip, hummus and jalapeño ranch, our Honey Bee Lux tray, stuffed mushrooms, and basil pesto penne Alfredo.

To sip, we made a peach mocktail garnished with fresh peaches, mint and peach candies. 🍑✨

We loved putting this menu together for such a special day!

We created a 16-foot flat charcuterie spread for this wedding’s late-night celebration. After hours of dancing, guests could help themselves to a little something delicious and keep the night going. 🧀🍇

Today, Honey Bee Charcuterie delivered and set up 150 charcuterie cups at St. Joe’s Hospital for an event celebrating the 2025 living kidney donors. 💛

We served our Honey Bee Lux Cups and Vegetarian Cups, and the finished display looked stunning. It was an honour to be part of a celebration recognizing such generous people.

An anniversary celebration deserves a menu just as memorable. ✨

Today, Honey Bee Charcuterie had the pleasure of catering a beautiful anniversary celebration—and introducing two delicious new additions:

• Greek chicken sliders- chicken breast , homemade tzatziki, red onions, tomatoes, feta & cucumbers
• Seasonal fall salad- mixed greens, pomegranate, pecans, cranberry goat cheese & pumpkin seeds with homemade vinaigrette

Alongside a few Honey Bee favourites:

We hear this more often than you’d think…

Some clients wait until closer to their event to tell their caterer that it’s actually a wedding because they’re worried the word “wedding” will suddenly make the price go up.

At Honey Bee Charcuterie, we don’t do that. 🐝

A wedding doesn’t mean we take the same food and put a higher price tag on it. We do offer dedicated wedding packages with additional services and special touches, but our regular catering prices stay our regular catering prices.

Every event deserves the same quality, care and attention from our team — wedding or not.

Today’s wedding was the perfect example: an intimate backyard celebration with a beautiful, simple lunch.

A little behind-the-scenes look at Brandy and I putting together 150 Honey Bee sliders at Palais Noir.

Prep, assembly, repeat — and somehow, they all came together in a Honey Bee blur. 😂

There’s something so satisfying about watching the pieces come together and seeing 150 little bites ready to make their way to the celebration.
