Michelin. A name synonymous with both tires and the highest level of dining in the world.

A name representing a brand so accessible to the general public through its products, yet also something tirelessly sought after by those striving for greatness.

It’s a name that was never on our horizon when we started oddBird 9 years ago, but one we admired from afar.

Last night, we celebrated receiving an official Michelin recommendation in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide (official) .

Thank you so much to everyone who helped get us to this point. All of our staff, past and present, have carried us here — we truly could not have done it without you.

And thank you to everyone who has supported oddBird over the years. Whether you’ve been in our dining room once, or have been with us since day one, it means more than you know.

Congratulations to all of the other incredible restaurants recognized in this year’s Guide. We’re incredibly proud to be among you. We will be closed this evening to celebrate - we’ll be back tomorrow night!
