Help us wish Mama Flav the happiest of birthdays! 🎂✨ 2026 has brought a lot of ups and downs, making this year’s celebration extra meaningful.
Many of you have noticed a shift at Flavour Fuel. In late May, Mama underwent emergency surgery to remove a burst cyst and o***y, which ultimately led to a heavy diagnosis in June: an aggressive form of Leukaemia.
She bravely faced a 30+ day inpatient round of chemo at Juravinski, and is now fighting through 4 rounds of consolidation chemo comfortably from home. We are crossing our fingers to wrap up right in time for Christmas! 🌲❤️
Mama Flav is a total trooper (IYKYK! 💪), and she hasn’t been fighting alone:
✨ Livi Lou has been a solid rock—driving to Hamilton, attending appointments, helping with care, and keeping things obsessively clean 🤣
✨ Desi constantly travels from Toronto to make sure she’s always there as a pillar of support.
✨ Dylan ❣️ Our absolute saving grace. Dylan and our incredible staff have stepped up completely, running Flavour Fuel and trying to keep our family business afloat. We wouldn’t be here without him.
