Oh, Bother! Look Who’s Arriving… 💛🐻🍯🐝🌟

We had the absolute joy of crafting this Hundred Acre Wood–inspired charcuterie board for a very special "Winnie-the-Pooh" inspired baby shower!

Every inch of this display was curated to highlight premium ingredients through fun, thematic styling:

Centerpiece & Accents: A ceramic honeypot surrounded by salami folds, a Pooh Bear centerpiece, tiny bumblebees tucked alongside olives, and cheeses.

Artisanal Cheeses: Sliced Brie wheels, fan-folded cheeses, herb-crusted blocks, gourmet wedges paired with sweet honeycombs, and crisp crackers.

Cured Meats & Fresh Produce: Salami roses, cured meat ribbons, and savory sausage rounds layered alongside fresh berries, grapes, and a sugar snap pea "peapod" detail.

Fresh Florals: Bright yellow roses, white dahlias, daisies, and fresh rosemary sprigs woven directly into the board to frame the display.

Artisan Bistro Bliss Sandwiches (not pictured): Custom demi-style sandwiches layered with elevated, gourmet fillings.

Antipasto Bocconcini Skewers (not pictured): Fresh, vibrant skewers featuring creamy bocconcini, cured meats, and marinated bites.

A Pink-Themed Champagne Friday at Ballard Barn
​Set against the rustic charm of in Niagara-on-the-Lake, we brought a touch of pink-infused, curated luxury to a memorable "Champagne Friday" gathering.

​On the Menu:
​Centerpiece Display: A handcrafted charcuterie board featuring a showstopping Brie cake, beautifully styled with lush pink florals and accents.

​Gourmet Bites: Signature Bistro Bliss demi-sandwiches layered alongside a rustic basket-style crudité paired with a vibrant, organic Beet Hummus.

​Fresh & Sweet: A lush assortment of sweet seasonal fruits alongside an array of artisanal desserts.
​Bespoke Sweets: Pink champagne bottle and glass sugar cookies paired with decadent champagne-infused cake pops.

​Every layer was thoughtfully styled in shades of pink to complement the beauty of the venue and create a picture-perfect start to the weekend.

A beautiful night for a treat, especially created by Nibbleez this past weekend.

The colors were noted, black and silver. We tried our best to complement it with these gorgeous Gerberas with a Black centre. The green grapes, & herbs were a lovely contrast to tie it all together.

🌟A Magical Garden Tea Party Bridal Shower on the Niagara Parkway!

🌸We had the absolute honor of bringing a dream bridal shower to life in a gorgeous, beautifully decorated backyard garden right along the scenic Niagara Parkway in Niagara on the Lake!

💐Every corner was filled with love, laughter, and stunning florals.

🩷 Our culinary spread was a true labor of love, blending classic tea party elegance with incredible artisan flavors.

🧀 The Feature Showstoppers: We crafted a spectacular feature Bridal Charcuterie Board loaded with premium pairings. Alongside it, we served a beautiful Crudité Platter with complementary dips, and a Fruity Delight Platter featuring our signature wildberry dip!

🧁The Sweet Tier Trays: Guests indulged in a decadent selection of mini cheesecakes, delicate macarons, crisp lemon biscotti, rich chocolate cake slices, and traditional scones. We paired these with fresh berries and beautiful florals, all arranged on breathtaking handmade tea tier trays crafted by the Bride’s talented Aunt!

💕 The Savory Spread: We curated an array of artisan savory petite sandwiches, elegant canapés, fluffy biscuits, and scones, beautifully garnished with fresh berries and blossoms.

🌿 Inclusive & Delicious (Vegan & Gluten-Free): Everyone joined the celebration with spectacular dietary-friendly options! We created custom vegan and gluten-free savory canapés and sandwich styles from Nibbleez, paired with mouthwatering vegan/GF desserts from Nolas Bakehouse right here in St. Catharines.

🎁 A Sweet Thank You: As a parting gift, guests took home stunning custom-made teapot and teacup cookies tucked into the cutest thank-you bags, beautifully crafted by, Sugar Works.

It was an unforgettable afternoon celebrating the beautiful bride-to-be!

​From all the way in British Columbia, an amazing son and his family reached out to help us craft the ultimate birthday surprise for his incredible mom right here in St. Catharines.

​We curated a bespoke grazing experience packed with our signature style & personal favorites,

Made to perfection with vibrant fresh florals, and finished the celebration with a bottle of local Niagara favorite rosé from The Speck Brothers Henry of Pelham Estate Winery to toast her special day.

​There is nothing better than helping loved ones bridge the miles with a thoughtful, delicious, and beautiful local celebration.

✨ Sunsets, Celebrations & An 8-Foot Masterpiece! ✨

Talk about a perfect turnaround! Yesterday, despite the threat of some serious weather, the skies cleared up, the temperature dropped to the perfect breeze, and the energy was absolutely electric for The Testa's massive outdoor celebration! 🌤️✨

Family and friends came out to shine, bringing the best vibes to celebrate multiple birthdays and endless fun times. 🥳🎂

To match the scale of this incredible party, we designed an absolute showstopper: an 8-foot custom grazing installation, seamlessly jengad together using three of our signature dimensional boards! 🪵🧀

We had a blast collaborating on this one, incorporating a fantastic lineup of cured meats and flavorful cheeses provided by the family, perfectly curated and styled alongside our signature premium pairings. 🍇🍓

Proof that no matter what the forecast says, a gorgeous crowd and an epic graze will always make the day shine! ☀️
