Our Story:

Located in the picturesque Perron District, Luisa Ristorante has operated in the City of St. In January 2019, Luisa changed hands - our names are Ed and Cindy and we are the new owners. We are passionate about food, wine and unforgettable service. Our dream has always been to open a fun, small family-run trattoria where we can share great food and wines with the community. We can’t believe it’s been since last November since we made this dish. Our interpretation of Mac and Cheese is always super popular! This time around we’re going to change it up a little. We are hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner this evening. Due to this our phones will be turned off at 6:30 pm so as not to disturb our guests. Takeout will also not be available. We will return tomorrow at our usual business hours (4-9:30pm)

We’ve brought back Veal Parmigiana for the next two weekends! (August 14-15, 21-22)

Two tender veal cutlets dusted with our house made breadcrumbs. Quickly dropped in our fryer to give you a crispy crust. Then we top them off with capicollo, mozzarella and our tomato sauce before we finish them in the oven. Served with our classic Fettuccine Alfredo this is a dish that will have you smiling ☺️!!!!

Yes!!! We are bringing back our ever popular Lamb Shank Osso Buco for the next 2 weekends (July 24-25, July 31-August 1st)

We start off with a 24 hour marinade before we brown them. Braised lovingly for 5 hours with red wine, tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and celery. These shanks are full of flavour and melt in your mouth tenderness!! Served over fettuccine and then topped with a reduction of the braising stock these promise to be a flavour 💣!!!
