A little change to our Saturdays.
Beginning this Saturday, our Rodney café will be closed on Saturdays moving forward.
We love our Saturday customers, and this wasn't a decision we made lightly. But Wild Goat has a lot of moving parts.
At its heart, Wild Goat is a wholesale coffee company. Roasting and supplying coffee to cafés, restaurants, retailers and businesses continues to be a growing part of what we do. Alongside that, we're growing our bean-to-bar chocolate production, developing something new behind the scenes, and operating our weekend market location.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that is a very small team — and me, increasingly trying to be in several places at once.
The Rodney café isn't going anywhere. We love having this space, seeing our regulars and being part of this community. This is simply about recognizing that we can't do everything, everywhere, every day — and making thoughtful choices about where our time is best spent.
Thank you to our Saturday customers for supporting us since we reopened. We know a change in routine isn't always convenient, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
There's a lot happening at Wild Goat right now — coffee, chocolate, and more growth than our small team can fit into a Saturday. We're excited about where it's all taking us.
