Introducing our special creation for the first half of the Noms Magazine Vancouver Ice Cream Festival this year! Available at our Gastown and Burnaby locations – now until July 11.

For this creation, we crafted a refreshing winter melon tea lemonade sorbet that is paired with our house-made salted cheese foam and grass jelly, and finished off with lime zest 🍦
