Oh my dear Sinners...
I need your help. Today I made a cake for delivery, which honestly, I loved! Definitely up my alley and I enjoyed making it. Fast forward to the receipent calling to scream at my staff and manager that the red wasn't bright enough. Well s**t, okay, I'll re make it, no bigs. Nope, didn't want that.
Long story short, She left us 1 star google review. I don't typically respond, but this time, she was such a bully to my staff, I had to. SS in comments.
Shockingly, bullies don't like getting called out for their behaviour. She removed it. Called me personally to attempt to bully me, 😅. So cute! Threatened to sue me for defamation of character and she will report me to the college of physicians... Then hung up as I called her out for screaming at my staff. Now she's added to her review, saying I blocked her? I don't even know how to do that 🤣 now all her little friends are 1 star dragging my business down on google.
