My CCC is officially starting 😱
Just submitted my first assignment in my Nutrition course to SAIT

I’m completely looking forward to learning more about special diets and how it affects our bodies so I can utilize that knowledge when I cook for each of you.

The last five years here has been a wild learning curve into the world of allergies and health issues and I am eternally greatful for every single person that has helped teach me more with every single dinner. You know who you are. Thank you to my diabetics that show me their apps after a meal and help teach me about how the meals affected them and have allowed me to cater each visit more. Thank you to the vegans and vegetarians that all talk me through where their lines are on what they consume. Thank you to the gluten and egg allergies, the religious diets and the constant research I have had to do in the last half decade to be better at what I do for each and every one of you.

There is always something more to learn and so much to learn from every human we interact with.

I am so very greatful for all of you supporting Eden 186 and letting me continue to love each of you with service.
