Dear Valued Customers,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our restaurant’s phone line not working. This is an unprecedented situation for us, and we are extremely frustrated and caught off guard.
Currently, while voicemail is still functioning, we are unable to make or receive calls. What makes this even more baffling is that we have been using TELUS since we moved into this location. In fact, TELUS was the only service provider available when the building was first constructed.
When we contacted a technician to resolve the issue, we were shocked to hear that they could not locate our account. We are now working with senior TELUS representatives to investigate what went wrong.
For over three years, our phone service has been working perfectly, and as of just two days ago, everything was fine. However, out of nowhere, our phone line stopped working, and when we reached out to TELUS, they claimed we were not their customer and could not find our landline account. Meanwhile, calls from our customers still go to voicemail under our TELUS Business account.
How does this even happen? If TELUS says we are not their customer, how is it that our internet—also provided by TELUS—remains fully operational? Like most businesses, our landline was set up as part of a bundled service.
We are doing everything we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. However, this is beyond our control, and we are reaching out to seek assistance. If anyone with influence at TELUS can help expedite the resolution, please do not hesitate to contact us via Facebook.
Despite this frustrating situation, we are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from our customers. Your kind words and encouragement keep us going, even in difficult times.
To all our valued guests who took the time to visit Ginza despite this inconvenience, we extend our deepest gratitude. Your understanding and continued patronage mean the world to us.
Thank you.
