Since we now grind our coffee beans fresh with every order and serve French Press Coffee, we no longer need this machine and would love to pass it along to someone who can use it.

It has some signs of use, but it works well and is ready to go!

Good morning, Heavy D’s BBQ fans!

We have a special heads-up for today, Saturday, August 15th! We are hosting a large private group reservation starting at 7:00 PM.

Today's Service Schedule:

Dine-In: Available until 6:30 PM (Dine-in area closes at 7:00 PM for the event)

Takeout & Delivery: Pick-up orders, DoorDash, and Uber Eats will remain open for normal service all evening!

Planning a party, family gathering, or group event of your own? Heavy D's BBQ is always ready to host your special celebrations and group bookings—just reach out to us to reserve your spot!

We’re Hiring Part-Time Staff at Heavy D’s BBQ!

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Server or Kitchen Helper to join our team for short evening shifts.

Job Details

- Role: Server / Kitchen Staff (Part-Time)

- Pay: $18.25 / hour + Tips

- Hours: Under 10 hrs/week (2–3 shifts per week, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Mon–Sat, No Sunday Shifts))

Qualifications: Serving It Right certification preferred for servers. Prior experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most.

The chairs could use a little TLC—such as tightening a few screws—but they still have plenty of life left in them.

Good morning, Quesnel Community! ☀️

Today, we'd like to give away some **free pie boxes**! 🥧

All of them are brand new, and as you can see in the photos, we have quite a few available. We have **two boxes in total**, and we'd love for two people to take one box each if you can use them.

Each box contains approximately **150–170 pie boxes**. We originally used them for packaging homemade cookies to share with friends and customers. 🍪❤️

📢 Good Morning, Quesnel Community!

We would like to announce an update to the business hours at Heavy D's BBQ.
Please take a moment to review our new hours so you can better plan your visit with us!

Over the past several months, we have received many inquiries about opening on Sundays. While we previously opened mainly for reservation customers, we are happy to announce that Sundays are now part of our regular business hours.

In addition, due to increased customer demand and continued growth in sales, we now require more preparation time to maintain the quality and freshness of our food. As a result, our opening time has been adjusted to 10:00 AM.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and loyalty that the Quesnel community has shown us. Thanks to you, Heavy D's BBQ continues to grow and improve every day.
