We are spring cleaning at the restaurant over spring break and will be open for take out only with a limited menu. This Thursday to Sunday (March 19-22), we will be open 4-8 pm and the pizzas available will be:

Cheesy Garlic Sticks: garlic butter and parmesan cheese served with red sauce for dipping - $18

Cheese Pizza: $21

Mushroom Hunter: olive oil base, mushrooms, red onion and white truffle oil with mozzarella cheese - $25

Olive Twist: Dolly's red sauce, green olives, black olives, red onion, feta and mozzarella with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes - $25

Wiseguy: olive oil base, spicy Italian sausage, red onion, mozzarella and a sprinkle of sea salt. Smoked with apple wood chips - $26

Cuban: olive oil base, honey ham, pickles, mozzarella and a chipotle mayo drizzle - $25

Hawaiian: Dolly's red sauce, honey ham, pineapple and mozarella - $24

We will also have lemon cheesecake by the slice $11

What is an unusual pizza topping that you love and want other people to try?

At Dolly's we love our vineyard pizza with grapes and our Cuban with pickles, but we also get asked what we eat on our pizzas at home. We try all sorts of crazy ideas and are looking to add at least one of them onto the menu this year because we happen to think that our customers are adventurous and love trying new things. We also value your opinion and ideas, so let's hear them!

Dolly's Custom Baked Cheesecakes are now available for pre-order for our 2026 season. Although, we are not officially open for the season yet, we are back and prepping for patio weather! Custom baked cheesecakes are $60 including GST. Message us on FB or call us at 250-255-4562 to order. Since we're back, watch our FB page for details on upcoming take out nights for pizza as we try out new toppings for the season!
