If you get a chance to go to Prince Rupert go check out the Banloca Revive food truck. We tried one of his yummy sandwiches and of course I had to put my own spin on it.
This is new sandwich is called RocKen ChicKen and is named after Ken the owner of Banloca Revive. It is grilled chicken breast with sweet hickory bbq sauce, bacon, carrot, tomato, and lettuce.

Stop by and grab a Rise & Swine Burrito, Piggyback Stack or fir the vegetarians our Sicilian Sunrise sandwich. Hippy Sipsters has espresso, cappuccino, other wonderful drinks and treats. First I want to thank everyone for their support today. It was our first day with our food trailer and there was definitely lessons learned.

I want to thank my beautiful wife Crystal for her support and hard work. I also want to congratulate her on starting her new Hippy Sipsters Coffee business.

I must be doing something right. In the past two days I have had two people trolling on my page. Both made false statements such as the guy this morning that posted that my smoked pork belly is boiled and that I can do better.

This is either two individuals that still live in their mom's basement, dont have a job and feel that their job is troll all day or someone trying to discredit my business.

Either way I am going to continue doing what I do which is legitimate bbq and the others can keep doing what they are doing as it shows me I'm on track.

If you see any of these posts dont comment just let me know so that I may delete them.
