And that wraps up the 2025 season at Blacktail restaurant! First i’d like to thank our amazing staff who absolutely killed it this summer! I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, long hours, the adversity they faced, they are the reason why Blacktail has been successful. Haawa so much guys.
I’d also like to thank our wonderful locals who have supported us since day one! Thank you for keeping us going and thriving. We can’t wait to come back next season and cook up a storm for you all. And we would also like to thank the tourists that came and supported us - without tourism it’s an incredibly challenging business to operate. Thank you for visiting HG and dining with us. Last but not least, thank you Janice for holding down the fort at home with baby Leo and Lily. ❤️
We look forward to reopening next spring - until then, my boy Giulio at .haidagwaii will be serving up some amazing food and keeping those bellies full. Blacktail Bake+Brew will be open this fall/winter serving up coffee, paninis and baked goods.

Year 6 - Time to come out of hibernation and get back to cooking.
We’re back to our regular schedule this Wednesday-Saturday 5pm to close. Big table only for reservations otherwise first come first served. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces again.
