This week at The Black Bird Schnitzel Haus, we’re celebrating dads the best way we know how — with a plate that’s big on flavour, big on comfort, and big on character.

🔥 Devils on HorsebackCrisp, deep‑fried bacon‑wrapped prawns — three of them — stacked proudly over two golden schnitzels. Each prawn is wrapped tight, fried to a perfect crunch, and served under a blanket of our smokey paprika, whiskey, and peppercorn gravy.The sauce is bold, aromatic, and built with layers: the warmth of paprika, the bite of cracked peppercorns, and a smooth whiskey finish that ties it all together.
