We’d like to take some time and say THANK YOU to the great organizations and people that support our community.
Each month you have a chance to tell us who you think deserves a free lunch on us. We started the ball rolling by electing our local firefighters for October. Please cast a paper ballot to vote at Opa Sushi but we’re happy to pass on any words of encouragement or thanks here in the comments so that the hard working people can see your appreciation. With gratitude ❤️Opa Sushi

This has absolutely nothing to do with sushi… but it’s cool. Here’s a shout out to all our local dock workers and crews. People who work hard behind the scenes rain or shine.
Watching how the cruise ships dock. It’s still two people throwing out a rope to each other and using their technical skills to bring it in.
