Quick post today, thank you for all the catering calls, we are swamped but can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Check out the beautiful features today and we’ll see you at the shop 10am-3pm on this very October Day 🤪

Beef Short Ribs and Beef Shank slow braised until pull apart tender and mixed with a rich Demi-Glacé, Aged Cheddar, Balsamic Onion Jam, Roasted Garlic Aioli, all squished between Grilled Sourdough!
If you would like to take it all the way to the next level we will Bleu Cheese on hand and available as an add on/in.

It’s been a HOT minute since we did this damn fine feature!
Beef Short Ribs and Beef Shank slow braised until pull apart tender and mixed with a rich Demi-Glacé, Aged Cheddar, Balsamic Onion Jam, Roasted Garlic Aioli, all squished between Grilled Sourdough 😍 If you would like to take it all the way to the next level we will have Bleu Cheese on hand and available as an add on/in.

Two extra awesome features on deck for today only!
PORK SCHNITZEL BURGERS and KOZMAS GOULASH!
The burgers speak for themselves but if you haven’t tried this Goulash the time is now! This one is near and dear to Graham, and the flavour is the reward of simple ingredients with time and technique. The Pork is SO damn tender and it’s 110% flavour with the slow cooked onions and caraway seeds
Open 10am-3pm so get your butts down here!

Also Meatballer n Chicken Parm Monday! These boys are hustling shoulder to shoulder, b***y to b***y, cranking out today’s catering mountain! It is very busy in here, very sensual, but we will be ready to see all your fine faces 10am-3pm! We’ll see ya soon!

4 Beef meatballs (8oz!) are braised in marinara sauce and served up in a toasted ciabatta roll with basil pesto, Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, and garlic aioli! Also served with a marinara dunker!

CHICKEN PARMIGIANA
A grilled ciabatta roll is going to be stacked with crispy chicken, fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, marinara sauce, garlic aioli and pesto!

HAPPY FRICKIN’ FRIDAY WALL OF FAMERS!! 🥳🥳

We somehow scraped together a full team today (sweet sweet Tash rolling in shortly) There is definitely a cold bug ripping through town 😩 BUT we went insane on the soup today and this COLD CRUSHER CLASSIC CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP will do everything it’s supposed to do! 🚨 FRIDAY FEATURES HEADS UP!! 🚨

There is definitely a cold bug ripping through town this week so we did some mad prep today. Roasted off chickens, shredded the meat, made a crazy rich stock, Sean’s hand is probably bleeding from all the vegetable chopping 🥲 but you get to enjoy the fruits of our labour with:
COLD CRUSHER CLASSIC CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP!!

And how about our Premium Friday Soup Feature:
NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER
If you’ve had these chopped clams from Clearwater before than you definitely know the difference it makes using high quality ingredients like this!

What about a sandwich feature!?
We don’t have a name yet but we braised off a heap of chicken thighs in a heavily spiced tomato/chipotle pepper mixture. We’re going to shred it in the morning and reduce the liquid all the way back into the chicken for some kind of Spicy Mexican Pulled Chicken Grilled Cheese with Guacamole, mozzarella, and Chipotle Aioli 😋😋

Good morning Wall of Famers!! It’s a protein packed day today as we are rolling with these Meatloaf Grilled Cheeses AND Meatlovers Tortellni Rosé!! The Catering board has been conquered so we are ready for you 10am-3pm, come on down for some elevated comfort food from The Wall of Fame ☺️

This grilled cheese style sandwich starts with 6oz of Italian sausage spiked meatloaf, and is stacked and squished between grilled sourdough with cheddar, mozzarella, caramelized onions, and a maple ketchup glaze!
