Tomorrow is a day to pause, listen, and reflect on the history and ongoing legacy of residential schools in Canada. On the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the survivors, the children who never returned home, and the families and communities who continue to be affected 🧡

Today marks the Autumn Equinox, and we're celebrating with our Fall Salad 🍂🥗

Murray's salad mix, carrot, goat cheese, cranberries, maple-dijon vinaigrette, spiced walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Add chicken or tofu for an additional cost.

🥕 Hearty Harvest Bowl ~ rice, marinated kale, roasted root veggies, blueberries, carrot ginger sauce, chimichurri, candied pecan, with your choice of chicken or tofu

🫒 Mediterranean Bowl ~ rice, salad greens, hummus, tzatziki, tomato, cucumber, beets, olives, feta, lemon, with your choice of chicken or tofu

This month we're featuring a collection of prints from artists connected with 🖼️

St. Michael’s Printshop is a local artist-run printmaking studio that provides visual artists with access to specialized equipment, workshops, scholarships, residencies, and other opportunities to learn and experiment with printmaking.

1: Chili Lime Chicken Bowl (can sub chicken for tofu) ~ rice, greens, chili lime glaze, charred corn salsa, pickled red onion, roasted zucchini, avocado crema, crispy tortilla, lime wedge
