One thing people may not realize about small businesses is that we notice when our customers are gone.

Over the years, many customers become more than just names on tabs, or faces at a table. We learn about their families, their routines, their stories, and the little things that make them who they are. We celebrate their milestones, share conversations, and look forward to seeing them again.

So when a customer passes away, it leaves a space that is felt more deeply than many might imagine. Sometimes we learn the news from a family member. Sometimes we simply notice that someone who was always there no longer walks through the door.

We grieve too.

To the families who have trusted us over the years, please know that your loved ones are remembered. Their kindness, loyalty, humor, and presence become part of the story of our business. They leave an imprint that doesn’t disappear.

We may be a business, but we’re also a community. And when we lose one of our own, we feel it.

Rest in peace Tom. You will be missed. ❤️

I know it’s going to happen…. But we already had our first plant stolen.

The worst part was that it was soooo full of buds and it was going to look amazing!!!!

To the thief- I hope all the buds fall off and you don’t get to enjoy its beauty!!! 😡
