Coronation grapes (almost identical to Concord) are ready on the vines!
(Grown by Ellen and Mother Nature, 100% organic)

If you want some freshly picked let us know, small snack bags are already available in our shop.
OR if you want some pure unsweetened fresh-pressed juice let us know too and we can make you some after the weekend.

Our Vitamin C Vibes Juice blend is also now available in our shop - adding a tea blend of Elderberry, sweet Cherry Bark and Marshmallow along with a touch of raw honey for those who like it slightly sweetened and want a delicious shot of cold-fighting power.

Thank you so much everyone for your kind words after our post yesterday.

We have managed to catch up on a few things (Ellen is practising how to slow down, so only an 8 hour day in the kitchen yesterday lol)

*Zucchini Lasagnas are briefly back in stock (we sold half even before we got them into the fridge) - best to call if you want some or come early...

*Carrot Ginger Miso Soup, and Chicken Stewie are in the freezer, along with fresh Potato Parsnip Pear Soup, and more Butternut Squash Pear & Thyme Soup...

*Strawberry Vanilla Bean Cakes and Lemon Cheesecakes are back...
More Pumpkin Maple Tarts will be available mid-day today,

*Matcha Mint Collagen Coconut Bliss Bars, and Blackberry Blue Majik Coconut Bliss Balls, along with Dark Chocolate Tahini Fruit & Nut Hearts have been restocked, Apricot Walnut Power Bars on the way...

This past week has been a different kind of week for us.

Because we make everything in small batches,
and our fresh items need to be made daily,
and we bake desserts everyday,
this requires Ellen to work everyday.
Yes every-single day. Which Ellen has been doing since we opened in February 2021.
It requires a relentless pace without ever missing a beat to keep up with all of our products and keep our shelves and fridges filled.

This past week Ellen had to step back a bit.
While North has done an amazing job taking the reins to keep our shop open, our kitchen where the magic happens has been quieter than usual.

We want to apologize to those of you who have come to our shop this past week and found we were out of a few things.
We are slowly catching up but Ellen is supposed to take it easy for a bit (much easier said than done), and our prep list is bigger than we can accomplish in a day - or three.
(this is the challenge of making absolutely everything from scratch - there are no shortcuts to take).

If you are coming to shop feel free to give us a call first at 519 614-3266 to ensure we have what you are looking for - if not let us know and we can prioritize to have it for the next day, or we are happy to deliver to you!

We still have lots of fresh salads and meals.

We are focusing on keeping our Wellness Remedies in stock to help you stay healthy while colds are running rampant,

and making sure we have everything you need to make your Thanksgiving celebrations effortless!
