I might be biased, but our fries are the best. They’re cooked with love. Made with care and attention to detail.

At this point of a potatoes season the skins become tough. Whether you prefer your potato with or without skin from this point until new potatoes are on the market skin on a potato is typically undesirable when in French fry form.

We peel our potatoes. we cut them by hand. We soak and rinse them. We blanch them to make sure that they’re fully cooked throughout. And then we fry them to order.

This results in the delicious, French fries we’ve been known for during our 10 consistent seasons.

I hear the sun might pop out today! Cruise on down and visit First Mate’s located at 136 Erie Blvd. In Long Point.
