Many people ask me if I bake at home. Absolutely! I made the pastry this morning with a pound of lard, 5.5 cups of flour, 2 tsp of salt, 3/4 cup water, 1 tbsp of vinegar and an egg. Paula Red apples with a 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon to taste, 2 tbsp of flour and an egg wash with sugar. Baked at 325 for about an hour 👩‍🍳

This Tuesday, September 15 marks 28 years we have been open Downtown Port Perry. We are so grateful for everyone’s support and to be apart of such a fantastic community.
