Little fun Mexican Themed Catering we did for the opening show @ The Light House Theatre last week! We did it out of The Green Room PD

7 layer Dip, Fresh Cajun Nacho Chips, Corn & Bean Salsa , Pineapple Salsa, Chimmicurri Meat balls , Jalapeño Popper Anjitos , Mini Tacos , Chocolate Mole Brownies , Tex Mex Stuffed Falafels & a build your own nacho bar !
