🧡 We always loved when they played for us!
🎶 THE FEDS — ONE LAST TIME, ONE LAST NIGHT. TONIGHT AUGUST 1, 2026 🎶
History is about to be made right here in Norfolk County. For anyone who’s newer to the scene, The Feds aren’t just a band, they’re part of our local soundtrack. They were the legendary house band at the Port Dover Summer Gardens during the 60's, filling countless summer nights with music, laughter, and memories. They’ve played everywhere from the Delhi Belgian Club to big stages in London, Hamilton, Brantford and beyond. If you grew up around here, chances are you’ve danced, sang, or raised a glass to one of their songs.
I was fortunate enough to sit in on their final practice this past Wednesday, and let me tell you, it hit hard. Blown away by how good they still are and a little sad knowing tonight is the last time we’ll ever hear them live. Here’s a photo from that practice, a moment I won’t forget.
Tonight, The Feds take the stage one last time at the Simcoe Legion, 200 West St.
⏰ 7 pm – 11 pm
🎟️ Tickets at the door while they last (or from the Simcoe Legion)
They’re stepping into retirement with full hearts, and they’re genuinely looking forward to seeing everyone who shared the journey, whether you caught them once or a hundred times in the past 6+ decades..
This is history in the making.
You can be part of it this evening.
Let’s send them off with all the admiration, enthusiasm and love they deserve.
P.S. Please share this, we wouldn't want anybody to say if I only knew.
