A heartfelt thank you to the Coquitlam Farmers Market for having us as part of this year’s Long Table Dinner.

It was an absolute pleasure to cook alongside so many talented local chefs, farmers, bakers, makers and producers, and to celebrate the incredible ingredients and people that make BC’s food community so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us around the table, shared the evening with us, and supported local. It was a true honour to be part of such a beautiful celebration of food, community and connection.

And a special thank you to the entire team and volunteers behind the scenes — your hard work made this magical evening possible. 👏
