Apple fritters are selling as fast as i can make them, theres a few calzones up for grabs: 2 full size breakfast ones + 3 vicious pickle. Chicken bacon rancher sammies, a few mac + cheeses, savory peanut butter cookies, alberni loaf, plain sourdough, and 3 kinds of bagel!

We've been often asked "why are you sending business across the street? Aren't you in competition?" LOL no, uptown businesses are a neighborhood and community! If we at DOUGH baked goods are out of cinny buns, sourdough, treats, gluten free items, etc we direct people to the other WONDERFUL businesses in the neighborhood: Atwood Catering, Steampunk Cafe, Nook Baked Goods, Wildflower Cafe + Bakery, Bombers Cafe + Creperie, Unilofood, Healthy Habits... all within a stone's throw of each other. Plus there's SO MUCH MORE! Boutiques and cozy shops, my favorite meat guys, a few new places in the stages of opening their doors, and undiscovered treasures!

Visit uptown, you'll be surprised and delighted with what we have to offer!

Super sour 72hr loaves, bagels, and breakfast (cheesy hash w/egg, potato, ham, 2 kinds of cheese) calzones today, plus dad's cookie inspired muffin tops, gf granola bars, chai spiced molasses cookies, an embarrassment od day olds, grilled havarti cheese + cranberry sourdough sammies, and potato florentine soup coming up!

Doors open in 5 minutes, stop by 3034 3rd Ave for a $2 coffee or snack on your way to work! Hours are 7am-2pm 🙂

Half size breakfast calzones are fresh from the oven, stanky sourdough crust filled with cheese sauce, scrambled farm fresh egg, artisinal ham, grated cheese, and onion rings then baked til golden and glazed with buttery hot sauce... $6!

Also available are gluten free granola bars (steel cut oats, coconut, rice, peanut butter, honey) frosted flakes muffins, and sourdough loaves/bagels in plain, fresh cranberry, or sage + onion flavors 😊 sourdough brookies are in the oven... 3 sd cookies in 1: brownie, choco chip, and white choco macadamia!
