We are looking for a motivated Line Cook or Chef Assistant to join our fast-paced kitchen in Sarnia. If you have a passion for great food and a "can-do" attitude, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Prep Work: Handling daily mise-en-place, including chopping, portioning, and preparing our signature smoked meats like brisket, pulled pork, and ribs.
• Line Cooking: Executing menu items to high standards during busy service hours.
• Kitchen Support: Assisting with inventory management and ensuring all stations are stocked.
• Cleanliness: Maintaining a sanitized and organized workstation.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
• Speed & Precision: Ability to stay efficient and focused during high-volume shifts.
• Team Player: Someone who communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative environment.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and a professional attitude.
