☕ The Story Behind Our Cowboy Trail Coffee

If you’ve had an espresso at The Hut Café, you’ve probably tasted our signature Cowboy Trail Blend. 🤎

It brings together two beautiful coffee origins — Honduras and Colombia. Honduran coffee is loved for its smooth body, sweetness and caramel-cocoa character, while Colombian coffee is known for its balance, bright notes and rich chocolatey sweetness.

At Barking Cat Coffee Co., we roast and bring these two origins together in our own special way to create the signature espresso that has become part of The Hut Café’s trademark taste.

The exact recipe? That stays in the roastery. 😉🐾
