My Blackberry Medovik Kartoshka starts with good honey. I love the rich taste and aroma of this honey, and it brings a special depth to the dessert.

I use it in the honey cake crumbs, combine them with a delicate cream, and add a bright blackberry filling inside. The result? A little taste of Medovik with a fruity twist. 💜
