“papa”, as we lovingly call him, is the grandfather of one of our team members, and he makes THE most delicious carrot cake. after tasting it we decided it absolutely belongs with our ice cream, and the papa’s carrot cake sundae was born 🫶 featuring warm caramel, cream cheese icing, and chunks of this moist, spiced carrot cake it’s become one of our personal favs!
