The story goes back to 1800s America when Chinese immigrants working the railroads needed to feed hungry workers fast. They tossed leftover meat scraps and veggies in a wok, called it “tsap seui” (Cantonese for “odds and ends”), and a legend was born.

This will be our second week open with the lunch buffet! If you don't have time to sit and dine with us, you can buy a box, fill it, and take it with you!
